Before Build Week: You get prepared. You complete our Style Guide, a structured questionnaire that captures your church's direction, colors, tone, and content, before we ever open a design file. You upload photos, logos, copy, and any inspiration sites you like. This step does the heavy lifting that normally eats months of back-and-forth. The more thorough you are here, the stronger your final site.
Day 1 to 2: We design. Working from your locked style direction, we build the visual identity and homepage layout first, since everything else follows from there.
Day 3 to 5: We build. Full site construction across every page you need, structured for the way people actually navigate a church website: who you are, what you believe, when and where to show up, how to get connected.
Day 6 to 7: Delivery and review. You get the finished site to walk through. Final approval happens within 48 hours so we keep the timeline moving for you and for whoever's build week is next.
