  • Membership applications: name, church or organization, role, contact information, and anything else you share when you apply
  • Event and retreat registration: name, contact information, and payment details processed at checkout
  • Merch store orders: name, shipping address, email, and payment information needed to process and fulfill your order
  • Creative services intake: your name, church or organization name, contact details, and the content, photos, and project information you submit for your build
  • Mailing list signup: your name and email address when you subscribe to receive updates from us
  • Contact form: your name, email, and the message you send us

  • Merch fulfillment: Printify, our print-on-demand partner, receives your name and shipping address to print and ship your order
  • Email and mailing list: our email service provider stores your name and email to send you the updates you signed up for
  • Analytics and advertising: Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel) receive site usage data as described in the Cookies section above
  • Site and form tools: the platforms we use to run this site and process intake forms, strictly to operate those functions


We do not share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

SMS Opt-In Details

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to text messages through a form on our site (for example, our Contact, Membership, or Get Started forms), we use that number to send you membership updates, event and retreat reminders, onboarding information, and general community communication from The Society.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us directly. Reply HELP for assistance. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the information you share with us, including limiting access to personal information to staff and partners who need it to do their jobs, using secure, reputable third-party platforms (such as our payment processor, CRM, and hosting provider) to store and process data, and monitoring our systems for unauthorized access. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Mobile Information Sharing

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used only to send you the communications described in the "SMS Opt-In Details" section above.

Children's Privacy


This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
